Leid Zejnilovic
Leid helps leaders use data and artificial intelligence (AI) responsibly – he designs decision maps for technology adoption, turns learning into business value, and sets transparent rules for algorithm use. His hallmark is converting narrative into results, with clear criteria, metrics, and trade-offs.  
At Nova SBE, he currently holds several roles: Associate Dean for AI & Digital Transformation, leading initiatives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and social impact; Academic Co-Director of the Digital Data Design Institute, a collaboration between Nova SBE, Nova Medical School, and Harvard University; and Academic Co-Director of the Open & User Innovation Knowledge Center. 
Milton Sousa
Specialized in servant leadership, organizational purpose, and the impact of artificial intelligence on the future of work, Milton de Sousa helps leaders prepare for a world in transformation - one where people and technology coexist and co-create value. 
At Nova SBE, he previously served as Director of International Development and Academic Director of the CEMS master’s in international management (MIM). He is also a co-founder of the Leadership for Impact Knowledge Center and serves as Academic Director of executive education programs such as Managing with AI, AI for HR and Talent Management, and Empowering Leaders with AI.

Luc Lespérance
Full-time faculty member on Artificial Intelligence and Information Systems at HEC Montréal.

He teaches at the MBA, EMBA, and Executive programs, and work as an affiliated consultant at Deloitte Canada.

Luc has more than 15 years of experience in consulting, both in France and Canada. Prior joining HEC Montréal, he was leading the Future of Work practice at Deloitte in Québec.
